The deposit percentage for your project is always shown on the package page or your written quote before you pay anything.

The contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing, or when your deposit clears — whichever comes first.

Intellectual property in the work transfers to you once the milestone that contains it is paid in full.

Longer or multi-phase work can be split into milestones. Any such schedule is written into the quote, so there are no surprises.
