What counts as a round
A revision round is one consolidated feedback document covering all changes you want made to a deliverable, returned within five business days of delivery.
The number of rounds is stated on your package page or written quote — current packages include between one and four. Extra rounds beyond that are handled as a change request and priced before any work starts.
What does not count as a round
- Typo and copy fixes — unlimited, do not consume a round
- Asset re-exports in additional formats — included
- Bug fixes on a defective deliverable — on us
When you exceed the included rounds
Additional rounds are billed at the day rate quoted in the proposal, in half-day blocks. You always approve the next round in writing before we start it.
When feedback comes back fragmented
Drip feedback — one comment Monday, another Wednesday, a third Friday — burns a round per cycle. Consolidate. We will hold the work until a full round arrives.
