NDA process
- We sign your NDA on receipt, before reviewing sensitive brief material — usually within one business day.
- Or you sign our mutual NDA (template available on request) which is shorter and pre-cleared by our solicitors.
- Either covers the brief, the proposal phase, and the project itself, in perpetuity.
What an NDA does not cover
- Pre-existing studio methodology and tooling
- Publicly available facts about your business
- Information one party already lawfully held before the NDA
Subcontractor clauses
We do not subcontract creative work. Any NDA clause requiring subcontractor signature is moot — there are no subcontractors. Tooling vendors (e.g. Figma, Github) are bound by their own enterprise terms; we never share project material outside the studio team.
