The four-step process
1. Brief enters You send a written brief via the contact form on this portal, or by using the commission form on the main studio site. Within one business day, we either accept the brief, decline with a reason, or come back with two or three questions.
2. Direction locks We send a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, total cost, payment schedule, IP terms. You sign and pay the deposit. The proposal is the contract.
3. Work moves Internal team kick-off. You get a project link with the current schedule, deliverables checklist, and a single point of contact. Standard cadence is one written update per week plus a milestone review.
4. Files leave clean Final files are delivered through a private, time-limited download. Source files transfer on final payment. We hold a copy for 12 months for re-export requests.
What to put in your brief
A good brief is one page. Include:
- Goal — what success looks like in one sentence
- Audience — who this is for
- Deliverables — what you expect to receive
- References — three to five examples of work you admire
- Hard deadline — including any external dependency (launch date, festival, press)
- Budget range — even a band helps us scope honestly
If you don't have all of this, send what you have. We'll fill the rest in conversation.
