Continuity blocks
For clients we have completed at least one project with, we offer continuity blocks: pre-purchased hours billed at a small discount to project rate, usable within six months.

What blocks are not
- A retainer with a guaranteed monthly capacity reserve
- A help desk with same-day SLA
- A substitute for hiring in-house
Continuity work is scheduled like any other engagement, in order of confirmation.
