Pass-through policy

Third-party expenses are passed through at the actual paid cost, with the original receipt attached to the invoice. We do not mark them up.

  • Fonts — commercial license for the final deliverable's distribution scope
  • Stock photography, footage, audio
  • Plugins, themes, frameworks with commercial licenses
  • Voice talent (single-buyout or session rate)
  • Cloud rendering time over included hours

Approval gates

  • Any material third-party purchase: written approval before purchase
  • Any high-value item: written approval and a separate line on the next invoice
  • Recurring subscriptions: never paid by us on your behalf — you hold the account
