Every engagement is quoted as a fixed total tied to a written scope. You know the number before work starts and it does not move unless scope moves.
Where to find current rates
Current package registers and commission guidance are published on the main studio site. Rates are reviewed periodically; quoted figures on a signed proposal are locked for the duration of that project regardless of any subsequent rate change.
What every quote includes
- All deliverables listed in the scope
- The revision rounds stated on your package or quote (packages list between one and four rounds)
- Source files on final payment
- 12 months of re-export support
- A 14-day post-launch support window
What is never bundled into the quote
- Third-party licensing (fonts, stock, voice talent) — passed through at cost
- Hosting, domains, app store fees — billed to your accounts
- Print runs
- Rush surcharge (see Do you offer rush work)
Getting an accurate number
Send a brief. We respond within one business day with either a fixed quote, two or three scoping questions, or a referral if the brief is outside what we do.
