HOW THE DEPOSIT WORKS

depositbooking

The deposit reserves production time. Here is what it covers and when it applies.

What it is for

The deposit reserves a specific window of production capacity. Until it is paid, the window stays open to other enquiries.

When it is taken

After the scope register is agreed, at booking, through the studio's card checkout. You get a receipt immediately.

What it counts towards

It is part of the project total, not an addition. The balance is the total minus the deposit.

If the project does not proceed

The deposit is non-refundable once the slot is held. If you cancel before work begins, other sums not yet earned are refunded pro rata; after work begins, completed work and booked time are charged. The Refund Policy on the main site has the full terms.
