WHAT SUPPORT DO I GET AFTER THE PROJECT SHIPS?

supportpost-launch

14 days of included bug-fix and question support. After that, continuity blocks or a fresh project.

The 14-day window

Every project closes with a 14-day post-launch window covering:

  • Bug fixes on delivered work — at no further charge
  • Questions about how to use, edit, or extend the work
  • Re-exports in additional formats already in scope

What it does not cover

  • New features or new pages not in the original scope
  • Bugs introduced by changes you or another vendor make after hand-off
  • Ongoing content updates, copy edits, or seasonal refreshes

After 14 days

  • Continuity blocks — pre-purchased hours for small ongoing work
  • Phase-2 project — a new proposal for substantive next steps
  • External maintainer — we will brief any developer or designer you hand the work to
