If you cancel before work starts
The deposit is non-refundable once your production slot is held. Any other sums not yet earned are refunded pro rata.
If you cancel after work starts
You are charged for completed work and booked time, and you receive what was produced up to that point.
Faulty work
Defects are fixed free of charge within the acceptance window — 10 business days from notice of delivery.
Timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please talk to the studio before raising a chargeback.
The binding version
The Refund Policy on the main site is the binding document. A person at the studio confirms every refund decision.
Not refundable
Third-party costs already purchased on your behalf, such as licences or stock, which transfer to you instead.
