WHAT HAPPENS IF A CLIENT GOES QUIET

inactivitybilling

The follow-up sequence, and when a project is treated as dormant.

The sequence

Two follow-ups a week apart, then a final note stating the project is being marked dormant.

Dormant means

Production stops. Files and approvals are retained. The slot returns to the calendar.

Invoicing

Work completed up to the pause is invoiced. We do not keep billing for a project nobody is working on.

Coming back

Welcome any time. The remaining work is scheduled into the next available window and the plan is re-confirmed.
