WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIRST 48 HOURS

The commission quote window explained hour by hour, and what can delay it.

The window

Commission enquiries get a reply within 48 hours of landing, counted across working days (Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 GMT). An enquiry sent Thursday evening is answered the following week.

What happens inside it

  • Read and classify. Package fit, commission fit, or not a fit.
  • Capacity check. Does your date collide with committed work.
  • Scope sketch. A rough shape of the deliverable and the unknowns.
  • Reply. Either a scope path, a smaller first step, or a decline with a reason.

What delays it

Missing format, missing date, or a brief that describes a feeling rather than an object. Attachments that need an access request. Enquiries that arrive as three separate messages.

What a decline looks like

Short and specific: not the right discipline, not the right window, or the budget band and the scope cannot meet. We would rather decline in 48 hours than string a project along for three weeks.
