Timing
The balance invoice is issued at handover, once the deliverables in the register are complete and shown to you.
What is released when
You see the finished work before paying the balance. Final production files and source files are released on payment.
Payment terms
Terms are stated on the invoice. If your organisation runs a fixed net period, tell us at scope stage so it is written in rather than discovered at the end.
Late balances
We follow up in writing. Persistent non-payment pauses any further work and, for licensed deliverables, delays the licence taking full effect.
