WHY A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED

depositpolicy

It is a scheduling instrument, not a trust problem.

The scheduling reality

Held time cannot be sold twice. A slot reserved on intent alone and then dropped is a week of unpaid, unrecoverable capacity.

It is not about trust

We ask every client, including returning ones, for the same reason: the calendar does not know how nice you are.

What you get in exchange

A committed window, a written scope, and a date we will hold to. The commitment runs both ways.

Large organisations

Where a deposit is impossible under your procurement rules, tell us early. A phased milestone structure can usually achieve the same protection.
