Unreleased client work is not shown, discussed, or posted before its public date. That applies without an NDA.
Signing yours
We will review and sign a reasonable mutual NDA. Send it with the enquiry so it does not delay the start.
Terms we usually ask to adjust
- Perpetual confidentiality on general skills and methods
- Clauses preventing us from stating that a client relationship exists after public release
- Unlimited liability clauses attached to the NDA rather than the contract
Portfolio use
We ask for permission to show work after release. Declining is fine and does not change the price.
