WHY DO YOU OPERATE MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY?

The four-day week is a studio policy, not a holiday. Friday covers maintenance, research, and rest.

A deliberate schedule

The four-day operating week is a studio policy, not a soft preference. Friday is reserved for:

  • Studio maintenance, backups, security work
  • Open R&D and internal learning
  • Recovery — a rested team makes fewer mistakes

What it means for you

  • Tickets submitted Friday through Sunday are read first thing Monday
  • Project schedules are quoted in business days, Mon–Thu
  • Urgent production-critical issues during a live launch are handled outside the week — see Do you handle emergencies.

What it does not mean

We are not slower. Comparable projects ship on the same calendar as five-day studios because Mon–Thu work is deeper and less interrupted.
