WHAT IS YOUR DEFAULT CONFIDENTIALITY POSTURE WITHOUT AN NDA?

Every project is treated as confidential by default — NDA or not. Portfolio display is opt-in, not opt-out.

Confidential by default

Whether or not an NDA is in place, every project at Xylora is treated as confidential. That means:

  • We do not discuss projects publicly until you have launched
  • We do not show in-progress work outside the studio
  • Portfolio display requires written, per-project permission, requested after launch
  • Case studies require additional written approval and a draft review

When confidentiality lifts

  • After your public launch, you may consent to portfolio display
  • Three years after delivery, work may appear in retrospective studio archives only with your written approval at that time

If you want stricter terms (e.g. no portfolio display ever, no client name listing), say so in the brief — we will reflect it in the proposal.
