HOW CAPACITY IS ALLOCATED

Slots are committed, not overbooked — which is why some answers are "not this month".

Committed slots

Each project holds real production time. We do not sell the same week twice on the assumption that someone will slip.

What this means for you

Sometimes the honest answer is that the next opening is weeks away. That is better than an immediate yes followed by a quiet slip.

Holding a slot

A slot is held by the booking deposit, not by intent. Until then the window is open to anyone.

Emergencies

Genuine emergencies are handled case by case and often by reshaping scope rather than adding hours.
