English law governs every contract. Disputes go to mediation first, then the courts of England and Wales.

Governing law

Every Xylora proposal is governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of client jurisdiction.

Disputes process

1. Direct discussion — project lead and your nominated contact, within 7 days of the issue 2. Studio principal review — within 14 days 3. Mediation — through CEDR or equivalent, within 60 days 4. Courts — the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction if mediation fails

We have not gone past stage two with any client to date (as of June 2026).
