Rates are reviewed periodically. The rate that applies is the one current when the proposal is issued.
Old quotes
A quote has a validity period. Beyond it, we re-confirm rather than honour something written against a different calendar and different costs.
Returning clients
Where a repeat project is genuinely the same work, we say so and keep the arrangement simple rather than re-scoping from scratch.
