The people who scope your project are the people who produce it. There is no pitch team and no separate delivery team, so nothing gets lost in translation between them.
Why this matters
Most scope drift comes from a gap between what was sold and what the maker understood. Removing the gap removes most of the drift.
The trade-off
A small studio has a real ceiling. We cannot run six large projects at once, and we say so instead of over-booking and subcontracting quietly.
