Retrieval
- 0–12 months post hand-off — free, delivered within two business days
- 12 months – 7 years — billed at the continuity rate, delivered within five business days
- Beyond 7 years — best effort only, no guarantee of recoverability
Contracted retention
If you need longer working-file retention (e.g. for ongoing brand stewardship), it is an annual line item. Quoted per project.
