HOW CHANGE REQUESTS ARE PRICED

changepricing

Time-based, quoted before the work happens, and always declinable.

The sequence

1. You ask for something outside the register 2. We estimate the time and the effect on the date 3. You accept or decline in writing 4. Only then does the work start

Never a surprise

There is no scenario where extra work appears on an invoice without prior written agreement.

Small changes

Genuinely small adjustments are absorbed. We do not itemise five-minute tasks — that is more admin than it is worth for either side.

Bundling

Where several changes arrive together, they are quoted as one block, which is usually cheaper than pricing each individually.
