HOW DO YOU HANDLE PROJECTS WITH MULTIPLE STAKEHOLDERS?

One decision-maker per project, named on the proposal. Internal politics do not become our process.

The single-decision-maker rule

Every project has one named decision-maker on your side. They sign the proposal, they sign off milestones, and their word is what we deliver against. All internal stakeholder coordination happens before that person speaks to us.

Why this matters

The single largest cause of late and over-budget projects is fragmented feedback from competing internal stakeholders, with us in the middle. We will not run a process where five people send conflicting feedback in the same revision round.

How to make this work

  • Run an internal review meeting before each milestone sign-off
  • Capture stakeholder feedback in one consolidated document
  • The decision-maker resolves conflicts internally
  • We receive the final, agreed direction

When stakeholders need to be in a meeting

The kick-off, mid-project review, and launch debrief are open to your full stakeholder group — agenda agreed in advance. Working sessions stay 1:1 with the decision-maker.
