Holds are agreed in writing. Up to 14 days is free. Beyond that, a hold fee preserves your slot and team.

Hold policy

Projects can be paused — usually because of legal review, internal restructuring, or a client decision needing more time.

Hold durationFee
Up to 14 daysNo charge, slot preserved
15–45 days10% of remaining invoice value to preserve team and timeline
46–90 days25%, re-quote on resumption if input prices have shifted

All holds require written agreement on a resumption date or trigger.
