HOW FEEDBACK SHOULD BE WRITTEN

Describe the problem, not the fix — and you will get a better second version.

Problem, not prescription

"The headline feels quiet next to the image" is better than "make the headline 8px bigger". The first lets us solve it; the second guarantees only one attempt.

Be specific about location

Reference the page, the frame, the timecode. "The middle bit feels off" costs a round trip.

Separate must-fix from preference

Mark each note. A round with fifteen equal-weight notes is unsolvable within a fixed date; a round with three must-fix and twelve preferences is straightforward.

Send once

One consolidated message. Trailing notes an hour after the round is closed roll into the next round.
