Setup included

For projects that send transactional or marketing email, we set up:

  • Provider integration — Postmark, Resend, Brevo, or your existing vendor
  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC records on your domain, with DMARC starting at `p=none` and ramping
  • Bounce and complaint handling wired into your application
  • Test send matrix across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, ProtonMail, Fastmail
  • Unsubscribe and list-management mechanics, where applicable

What we do not do

  • Hold the email provider account or its API keys — those stay with you
  • Manage your sender reputation long-term (we hand off a runbook)
  • Write or maintain your marketing copy
  • Audit existing senders unless you brief that as a discovery engagement
